Photos help with initial guidance. Repairs or more involved restoration may need a test area or an in-person assessment.

Before you call
Are the roof, windows and sealant work included?
Tell us which areas you would like assessed. Roof cleaning, acrylic windows, skylights and sealant work should be listed in the agreed scope; do not assume they are included with paintwork polishing or protection. We will confirm suitable treatments and any separately priced work before you book.
Why does size affect the price?
Larger vehicles often have more surface area and different access requirements. Layout, roof fittings and the areas included also affect the work. Tell us the model and approximate length; we can help if you are unsure.
Why does condition matter?
A routine clean, heavy build-up, a faded finish and physical damage need different approaches. We assess what is required before recommending the work.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We can discuss the likely scope and explain what information is needed for an estimate. Photos help, but some repairs and restoration work need an in-person assessment before the scope and price can be confirmed.
Is the initial conversation free?
Yes, the initial phone conversation or review of your photos is free. If a separately chargeable inspection or test is needed, we will explain the charge before you book it.
