Halloween bonus-draw terms

This £200 Halloween bonus draw is an additional Coastline Club prize. The monthly exterior-detail-plus-roof-clean draw continues separately.

Entry: free, with no purchase or marketing consent required. Eligible new and existing Coastline Club members at 23:59 UK time on 31 October 2026 receive one entry per person. Joining again or using additional email addresses does not add entries. The entry period starts only when the bonus terms are published. Members who have opted out of Club draws are excluded.

Eligibility: UK residents aged 18+ who own, or have permission to bring, a campervan or motorhome to the Christchurch workshop. Coastline employees, anyone administering the draw and their immediate households are excluded.

Prize: one £200 voucher towards detailing work, including applicable VAT, at Waterditch Farm, Lower Waterditch, Christchurch, Dorset BH23 7AA. No minimum spend or compulsory upgrade. The winner may choose agreed suitable detailing within the £200 value without paying extra, or voluntarily put the voucher towards a larger agreed detailing job and pay the difference. No cash alternative or transfer. No change is paid for unused value. Travel, accommodation, collection and delivery costs are excluded. A mutually agreed appointment must take place within six months of accepting the prize; Coastline-caused delays will not forfeit it. This voucher is distinct from the separate Club £30 welcome credit.

Selection and contact: one winner selected by a verifiably random computer process within 14 days after closing, with an eligible-entry record retained. Contact by the member’s Club email within the same 14 days. The winner has 30 days to respond, with a reminder before expiry. Redraw using the same process if the entrant is ineligible, declines or does not respond. No payment is requested to release the prize.

Data and withdrawal: use Club data only as needed to administer the draw and contact the winner, subject to the Coastline privacy policy. Marketing consent stays separate; unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an eligible entry. Requests to leave the draw can be sent to info@coastlinecampercare.com. Winner surname and county available on request for 30 days after confirmation, with objections or reduced disclosure considered. Separate permission is needed for winner photos or testimonials.
